Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 17, 2026
Dill Daddy Pickles is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Good pickles should be easy to shop for.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We consider this the minimum bar for an accessible public site and design and test with that standard in mind.
What we try to do
- Provide meaningful alt text for product photos and other images.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Ensure every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard.
- Use semantic HTML so screen readers can announce pages correctly.
- Label all form fields and indicate required inputs clearly.
Known limitations
No site is perfect. Third-party embeds such as the customer reviews widget and the store locator map are provided by external vendors and may occasionally fall short of our standard. Where we discover gaps, we work with the vendor or find an alternative.
Tell us if something isn’t working
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please let us know. Include the page URL, the device and assistive technology you’re using, and a short description of the issue.
Email dan@dilldaddypickles.com — we’ll acknowledge your message within 3 business days and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is ongoing. We plan to review the site periodically and incorporate fixes into our regular release cycle. This statement will be updated as we make progress.
