Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All orders ship from Grand Rapids, MI. We pack every jar by hand the same week it goes out.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Carriers and rates

We offer live shipping rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order — no guesswork and no flat-rate surprises. Choose the service level that fits your timeline.

Free shipping

Orders over $75 ship free automatically. The threshold applies to the pre-tax subtotal after any discount codes; gift-card and rewards-point redemptions do not reduce your progress toward free shipping.

Pickle Lover rewards members and above (Lover / Addict / Legend) receive free shipping on orders over $50. The perk applies automatically at checkout when you're signed in.

No PO Boxes

We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes, so we ship only to physical street addresses. Please provide a street address at checkout.

U.S. only

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you’re outside the U.S. and really need a jar, email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Hot weather

During summer months we recommend a faster shipping option for hot sauce and anything shipping to warm regions. Temperature-sensitive products can tolerate transit, but heat exposure on the porch is real — please bring packages inside promptly.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing a jar, contact dan@dilldaddypickles.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we’ll help sort it out. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full process.
