1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and Pricing

We offer artisan pickles, hot sauce, bloody mary mix, and related food products. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — not acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are fraudulent, involve pricing errors, or are shipping to regions we cannot reach. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

You may cancel an unshipped order by emailing dan@dilldaddypickles.com within one hour of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. All payments are processed by our payment processor, not directly by us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery windows, and carrier options are described in our Shipping Policy. Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the carrier you choose. Risk of loss transfers to you when we hand the package to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our products are food, and most are perishable. Details of what we will refund and under what conditions are in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dill Daddy Pickles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on dilldaddypickles.com — including text, photography, product images, logos, and the Dill Daddy brand — is owned by Dill Daddy Pickles and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
